Jannik Sinner wins in pain and qualifies for the quarter-finals of the Australian Open

Jannik Sinner trembled, in every sense of the word, but the world No. 1 finally managed, this Monday, to escape the furnace of the Rod Laver Arena without too much damage, a priori. Opposed to the Dane Holger Rune, the Italian had a very painful afternoon, despite this success in four sets (6-3, 3-6, 6-3, 6-2) which propelled him to the quarter-finals, where he is now waiting for the name of his opponent, between the American Alex Michelsen and the Australian Alex de Minaur.
