The referees scheduled for the 18th round of the League
The referee teams appointed for the games in the 18th round of the League are now known.
João Gonçalves, as he was previously known, will referee tonight’s Benfica-Famalicãowhile Luís Godinho manages Rio Ave-Sporting and Fábio Veríssimo will be at Gil Vicente-FC Porto.
Godinho will whistle in Vila do Conde, supported by assistants Rui Teixeira and Hugo Ribeiro, while Fábio Melo will be the 4th referee. Vasco Santos and Fábio Silva will be VAR and AVAR for the match, respectively. The meeting between Sporting and Rio Ave is scheduled for 6pm this Saturday.
On Sunday, FC Porto will go to Barcelos to face Gil Vicente. Pedro Martins and Hugo Marques will be Fábio Veríssimo’s assistants, with Flávio Jesus playing the role of 4th referee. VAR will be in charge of Gustavo Correia, supported by João Bessa Silva.
