How it works

Customers bring their damaged clothing directly to the store.

If this is not the case, I refer clients to local seamstresses, especially when it comes to alterations.

Once the repair is accepted, it is carried out in store within one to two weeks. The customer is then notified by SMS or call that their garment is ready.

Some clothing items are not eligible

The repair bonus is automatically applied during payment.

Also note that certain items are not eligible for the scheme. This is the case for shoes, bags, household linen, underwear and pajamas.
