“I, honestly, did not understand this dissolution. I don't think anyone really understood it. » On the occasion of his vows, Monday January 13 in Amboise, Daniel Labaronne returned to the episode of the dissolution and the political paralysis which followed it, regretting both the decision and its impacts, in particular the current absence of budget.

“Parliament was functioning, we had a legislative record. The dissolution brought several texts in progress to a complete halt”declared in particular the deputy for the second constituency of Indre-et-, who had chosen the training center of the UIMM (Union of Metallurgical Industries and Trades) in Amboise to organize his wishes.

In front of an audience full of elected officials, business leaders and citizens, Daniel Labaronne mainly defended his action and explained parliamentary functioning down to some of its workings.

“The motion of censure costs us very, very dearly”

Dedicating an important passage of his speech to the dissolution, he returned to the conditions of his re-election to the National Assembly and his victory over the candidate of the National Rally, Corine Fougeron. “I owe my re-election to the Republican front, which worked in my favor. I again thank the voters of the Republican Party”he declared, while activists from La insoumise were invited at the start of the intervention.
