Roberto Carlos, former Real Madrid player and Brazilian national team icon, is one of football’s great legends. Many consider him the best left-back in history, and he currently serves as a FIFA ambassador. However, his story is not only remarkable on the pitch but also in his personal life. During the program Fiesta, it was reported that the full-back has initiated divorce proceedings and plans to settle at Real Madrid’s Valdebebas training complex. This decision was necessary as one of his properties is occupied by his in-laws and another by his wife, which means that while his divorce is being sorted, he will be utilizing the facilities of the white club.
The Real Madrid ambassador gave an interview to Josep Pedrerol where he spoke about his children: “Now I live with Manuela and I have several kids scattered around. I have seven in Brazil, one in Mexico, one in Hungary who lives in Alicante, and the others live in Brazil.” His playing career ended in 2015, but his private life has been marked by controversy due to his romantic relationships. “I have had only two wives. The more difficult aspect to count is the women with whom I have had children,” he stated in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport.
