Invited just a few hours after landing in Paris with Marine Le Pen after three days of traveling to Mayotte with the population affected by Cyclone Chido, he confirmed that the daughter of the co-founder of the National Front learned of her father's death through the press. “This is part of the hazards of a busy political life, because it [Marine Le Pen] did not go to Mayotte on vacation”underlined Louis Aliot.

Louis Aliot also spoke about the gatherings which were held this Tuesday evening in Paris, Marseille and Lyon, to celebrate the death of Jean-Marie Le Pen with songs, smoke bombs and fireworks. “This dirty racist is dead”said in Paris a sign brandished in the crowd of a few hundred people who formed at the start of the evening at Place de la République, and where a few flags of the New Anti-Capitalist Party (NPA) were flying. “We can clearly see that there are respectful tributes. And then you have the bitch. These people, if they are not supervised, will end up taking action. […] These people are capable of anything”insisted the mayor of Perpignan.
