LOSC services do everything they can to provide the smoothest and quickest reception possible for their audiences. The club therefore counts on your good understanding of your collaboration, but invites you to Anticipate your arrival time at the stadium as much as possible.
OPENING OF THE DOORS
The access doors to the Decathlon Arena Stade Pierre Mauroy will be open from 18h (5:30 p.m. for VIPs).
Attention :
Access in NORTH Level 0 is now done exclusively on Doors C and D.
Access in NORTH Level 2 is now done exclusively on the Size E.

Central ticket office : Opening at 3 p.m. : Dispute management
Ticket office 1 : Opening at 3 p.m.: Withdrawal of web orders and subscriptions
Box office 3 WEST : Opening at 4 p.m.for accreditations
To download your E-TICKET, nothing could be simpler:
>> Log in to your account via your LOGIN and PASSWORD
>> Select MY ACCOUNT then MY TICKETS
>> Choose the meeting for which you purchased your place.
>> Your E-TICKET is available in M-TICKET or E-TICKET
Your E-TICKET must be printed in A4 format for presentation on paper at the entrance to the stadium and the car park.
Your M-TICKET can be downloaded to your phone via the dedicated WALLET Application on IOS, PASSBOOK WALLET on ANDROID and WALLET PASS on WINDOWS PHONE.
