LAMEZIA TERME – Francesco Stella, 38 years old, from Lamezia, died after falling from the scaffolding of a profile company where he worked. The tragedy, which also represents the first workplace death of 2025, occurred within the company in the industrial area of Lamezia Terme. According to what has been learned, the thirty-eight-year-old worker fell from the scaffolding from a height of approximately six meters and his condition immediately appeared serious when the 118 health workers arrived. The magistrate on duty from the Lamezia Terme Prosecutor's Office was also on site , the Police and the inspectors of Ispesl (Higher Institute for Prevention and Safety at Work) to verify the conditions regarding safety in the workplace.
