The cause is indeed obvious: January 5 falls on a Sunday. The first payment for 2025 will therefore be made on January 6, with a one-day delay. This is also the case with a payment planned for a Saturday, the norm being to make the transfer on Friday, i.e. the day before, to the beneficiaries.
This date shift is an opportunity to remember that from January 1, things change regarding the payment of active solidarity income. From January 1, to continue to receive it, you will have to carry out at least fifteen hours of training and integration activities each week. This measure does not concern people suffering from a disability or health problem and single parents of children under the age of 12 who do not have a childcare solution.

Automatic registration with France Travail
Furthermore, all RSA applicants will be automatically registered with France Travail, who can remove any applicant in the event of non-compliance with the employment contract. People who are not yet beneficiaries of the RSA but who will be in 2025 will have to register on the France Travail website. New beneficiaries must inform the agency of their situation via an online questionnaire to be directed to their referring organization.
