He continued: Drugs lead to loss and are a sign of weak faith. Whoever uses them, God will remove from him modesty, chivalry, chivalry, chivalry, and jealousy. Drug use creates hatred and grudges, turns away from the remembrance of God Almighty and from prayer, brings the wrath of God Almighty, distances from the breadth of His mercy, and is a waste of health, money, and society.
He continued: Therefore, drugs are among the greatest of major sins, and their owner brings the risk of death. Consider this noble hadith narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim on the authority of Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with them both, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Every intoxicant is wine, and every intoxicant is forbidden, so all types of drugs are forbidden, there is no difference between them in any form whether Whether it is cooked, raw, juiced, or soaked a little or a lot, God Almighty has commanded us to avoid it, saying: “O you who have believed, wine, gambling, stones, and stones are an abomination from the work of Satan, so avoid them that you may succeed. Satan only wants to create enmity and hatred between you because of wine and gambling, and to turn you away from the remembrance of God and from prayer. So will you desist?”
“Saafan” continued during today’s Friday sermon at Al-Salam Mosque in Sidi Ghazi in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate: I tell you, O drinker of drugs, why do you drink them? If you say so that I can forget, I will tell you: Do not remember the saying of God Almighty, “God Almighty has counted him and forgotten him,” and if you say so that I can rejoice and be happy, I will tell you where you are regarding the Almighty’s saying. Whoever turns away from My remembrance will have a miserable life, and We will gather him blind on the Day of Resurrection. And do not forget the words of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, when he said: “Alcohol.” The Mother of Evil: Whoever drinks it, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days, and if he dies while it is in his stomach, he dies a death of ignorance. Therefore, everyone who uses drugs must give up them and know that a servant’s feet will not move off on the Day of Resurrection until he is asked about four things: his life, how he spent it, his youth, how he used it, and his money from where it came from. He earned it, what he spent it, and from his knowledge what he did with it. You wasted your life, your youth, and your money all on drugs, even though you knew they were forbidden, and this leads to… Depriving you of the greatest deal, which is heaven.
He added: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, as stated by Al-Nasa’i and others with an authentic chain of narration: “No disobedient person, nor a sinner, nor one addicted to alcohol will enter Paradise. O God, protect our youth, our daughters, our men, and our women, and protect Egypt from all harm and evil, and make, O Lord, Egypt, safe and sound, and preserve peace, and the rest of the Muslim countries, O Lord of the Worlds.”
