A chemsex evening on Christmas Eve turned into a tragedy in Tourcoing.
When they were called to intervene, this Thursday, December 26 in the early morning, to assist three people in an apartment in Tourcoing, the firefighters did not imagine coming across such a suspicious scene.
According to Europe 1, they found three individuals on site. One was slightly injured, the second in a coma while the third was no longer breathing.
On site, the police discovered several narcotics such as GHB and 3-MMC. Drugs usually consumed during chemsex parties, this practice which consists of consuming psychotropic drugs with the aim of intensifying or prolonging sexual relations. It is mainly observed in relationships between men.
In Tourcoing, the person found in cardio-respiratory arrest could not be brought back to life by emergency services. The tenant who had minor injuries was arrested and taken into custody for manslaughter. An investigation has been opened.
Today, more than 200,000 people are said to practice chemsex in France.
