Wednesday evening, M6 dominated the competition in prime time with the semi-final of “France has incredible talent”. The entertainment, hosted by Karine Le Marchand and produced by Fremantle, entertained 2,82 millions of viewers between 9:13 p.m. and 10:10 p.m., i.e. 14,6% from the public, 22,7% 25-49 year olds and 21,6% FRDA-50s. The second part of the performances, judged by Éric Antoine, Hélène Ségara, Marianne James and Sugar Sammy, attracted 2.53 million viewers between 10:17 p.m. and 11:15 p.m. (18.0% of the public, 26.2% of 25-49 year olds and 25.5% of FRDA-50). Last Wednesday, the two parts of the quarter-final of this season 19 attracted 2.88 million (15.5% of 4+ and 23.7% of FRDA-50) then 2.42 million viewers (17.4% of the public and 25.8% of the FRDA-50).

“Don’t do this, don’t do that” loses more than half of its audience in four years

France 2 is second with “Don’t do this, don’t do that”. The return, for an event episode, of the channel’s series which features the Bouleys – Isabelle Gélinas and Bruno Salomone – and the Lepics – Valérie Bonneton and Guillaume de Tonquédec – mobilized an average of 2,34 millions of viewers between 9:08 p.m. and 10:55 p.m. according to Médiamétrie, i.e. 13,1% audiences aged four and over. On the target of women responsible for purchasing aged under 50 (FRDA-50), the market share reached 9,8%. On Friday, December 18, 2020, the unprecedented unitary precedent broadcast by the public channel reached 5.49 million viewers (23.3% of the entire public and 20.6% of the FRDA-50).

TF1 is behind with the finale of season 17 of the American series “Criminal Minds: Evolution”. If we take into account the rebroadcast that followed, the series was able to count on 1,77 million of viewers between 9:14 p.m. and 11:15 p.m., i.e. 10,3% from the public, 12,7% 25-49 year olds and 13,7% FRDA-50s. Last Wednesday, the new episode attracted barely 1.84 million viewers (10.9% of individuals aged 4 and over and 15.7% of FRDA-50).

France 3 then arrives with “Roots and Wings”. Presented by Carole Gaessler, the rebroadcast magazine, whose theme was “Passion heritage: Ariège: Land of emotion”, was a change of scenery 1,77 million of viewers between 9:04 p.m. and 11:02 p.m., i.e. 10,0% from the public, 2,5% 25-49 year olds and 1,8% FRDA-50s. Seven days ago, a new issue of the collection attracted 1.89 million viewers (10.9% of the public and 3.1% of the FRDA-50).

On Canal+, “The Magical World of Jérôme Commandeur”, a series of parodies of television shows, made 467,000 viewers laugh between 9:03 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., or 2.3% of the public, 3.6% of 25-49 year olds and 2.8% of FRDA-50. Between 9:30 p.m. and 9:57 p.m., episode 2 mobilized 347,000 viewers (1.8% of the public, 3.2% of 25-49 year olds and 3.1% of FRDA-50).
