TV SERIES – The Bouley and Lepic families are back on France 2. Four years after the broadcast of a special Christmas TV movie, and more than seven years after the end of the ninth and final season, two new episodes of Don’t do this, don’t do that are broadcast this Wednesday, December 18 at 9:05 p.m. A special evening that takes our protagonists to the moon.
In We’re going to walk on the moonthe “bobos” Denis and Valérie Bouley (played by Bruno Salomone and Isabelle Gélinas) find their “cathos” neighbors Renaud and Fabienne Lepic (played by Guillaume de Tonquédec and Valérie Bonneton). The two couples are entered by their children in a European Space Agency competition. After being drawn, they are chosen to be the first civilians to travel to the Moon.

Takeoff towards… Fontainebleau
To reproduce the movements in space, the actors benefited from the advice of Jean-François Clervoy, a famous French astronaut. “He was a technical consultant and he came to the set”confided director Alexandre Castagnetti in an interview with AlloCiné.
The filmmaker and his production team then went to Fontainebleau to shoot the scenes on the moon. Indeed, an immense sea of sand is found in the heart of the forest located an hour south of Paris. And if the spring nights were rather short, he was able to count on the actors of the series, “ Rolls Royces in their game”, to complete the shoot in no time.
Before this great space adventure, the Bouley and Lepic families occupied the small screen for ten years between 2007 and 2017. Since then, the series made its first return at the end of 2020 with a special first evening entitled Will there be Christmas at Christmas? bringing together 6.1 million viewers at the time.
