Media reports that the body of a 32-year-old basketball player was found in an entrance in the center of Moscow. In turn, Meduza reported that the Russian agencies TASS and RIA Novosti confirmed Timma’s suicide.
In October, Timma decided to continue his career as a basketball player in the tournament of the Russian bookmaker Liga Stavok for the Alikson club.
Performance in Russia, which started a war in Ukraine, meant that the door to the Latvian national team was closed for Timma.
