The anger at Prodi, attacked from the stage of the event, for his words about Trump
Within an hour of strong speech there is a sentence that could support the entire architecture. «I'm not the enemyI am a decent person.” Giorgia Meloni pronounces it, with all the decibel load that her sore throat allows, at the end of the speech tirade against the judges which shattered his plans to combat the migrant trafficking. He shouts at the top of his lungs that the centers in Albania “will work” and then, with a rhetorical device that has nothing casual about it, he throws on the shoulders of the left, of the robes, of the CGIL and of the oppositions – be they parties, newspapers, writers, singers or actors – the weight of the opposition that inflames Italian politics. And that she herself, with the Atreju's bombastic speech at the Circus Maximus, he helps to set fire.
I'm not the enemy, the enemy is “them”. Those from the restricted traffic zones and those with “the arrogance”. Landini who “does not defend the workers but the left” and Saviano, “anti-mafia guru”. Those demonstrating against the Security bill are “the birds of ill omen” who were hoping for a surge in the spread. The enemy is those who do not recognize the value of stability, the “Italian miracle” and the million jobs of Berlusconian memory. They are the “owls” like Schlein, Conte and Boldrini, nailed with photos to the entrance of the Christmas maxi village, next to the list of missions abroad (“I've been around the world twice”) and the laminated list with phone calls to Earth's leaders.
Fort of the Trump's praise (“She's fantastic”) and praise from publications such as Politico.Eu, Economist e Cnnthe prime minister removes the stones accumulated in her shoes and hurls them now against those international partners who “looked down on us”, now against the critics of the premiership, “Olympic champions of the palace game”. He strips off his institutional dress and puts on the helmet of the leader of the people or at least of the head of that tiny political force born in Colle Oppio which “tried to overcome the barred gates of the palace” and which now, if it is reflected in the skating rink on ice that no one in Rome has ever seen so immense, he almost can't believe his eyes.

Infuriated for months with the journalists of Fanpage who signed the investigations Melonian Youththe prime minister accuses them of having “spyed on people through the keyhole to hit me”. And because he can't stand listening to Schlein divulge anymore “false figures” on healthcarehe reciprocates by making fun of Gay pride and Stellantis. But at the top of the list of enemies is Romano Prodi. The former prime minister and former president of the EU Commission reproached her for «obbedire» a Trump a Musk and she wrote it down in red like anger, on “Giorgia's notes”. They say that in the backstage, after the final hug and the cigarette with her sister Arianna, the leader dismissed the (expected) reaction of the Democratic Party thus: «They cover me with insults on TV and I have to stay quiet?”.
He reproaches the noble father of the Democratic Party with “the sell-out of the IRI” and perhaps, while stopping the boos from the boundless audience, he also hopes to stop Prodi's moves to build an alternative to his government. «Giorgia knows that Romano remains the best equipped opponent of the centre-right”, applauds Gianfranco Rotondi of FdI and lays bare the trigger that triggered the prime minister's nerves: Prodi ended up in the crosshairs because he started looking for the new federator who could evict her from Palazzo Chigi. And even if Meloni challenges the two litigants Tajani&Salvini and assures that the government will arrive united at the end of the legislature, the tones are those of a rally.
Melonian pride in purity, self-celebration, claiming the results, anxiety about revenge: “Whoever bet on our failure bet on the wrong horse.” Love only comes in the final with Hand by hand by Rino Gaetano, whose notes archive the ovations, the hundreds of tricolor flags, the banners of the far-right Romanian party Aur, the choirs «Giorgia, Giorgia» and the sun that transforms the maxi tensile structures designed by Giovanni Donzelli into greenhouses, inside which in eight days ministers, parliamentarians, adversaries such as Conte and Letta and the Argentine president Milei have passed, indicated by the left as the inspirer of the “chainsaw” tones » by Meloni.
