At the end of a hotly contested match, FC Barcelona snatched an important victory on the Dortmund pitch where Julien Duranville started. In the other matches, Arsenal beat Monaco and AC Milan were scared before taking three points against Red Star.

For the occasion, Julien Duranville celebrated his first start with BVB. Remaining on the pitch for more than an hour of play, the very young winger showed good things at times in a wild encounter. Twice behind, Dortmund came back quite quickly thanks to Serhou Guirassy twice, but broke down at the end of the match after a huge error which allowed Ferran Torres to score his second goal of the evening (2-3).
At the top of the rankings, Arsenal and its decimated defense received Monaco with Leandro Trossard on the bench at kickoff. At home, the Londoners scared themselves in the second half but took three new points, helped by a double of Bukayo Of (3-0) while Trossard went up in the second half. At the end of the suspense, theAC Milan also took three points by going back in front at the very end of the match againstRed Star (2-1).
A little lower in the ranking, Club Brugge did not do a good job this Wednesday without playing since its direct competitors did the job like Stuttgart against the Young Boys (5-1) et Feyenoord against the Sparta Prague (4-2). For his part, Benfica passed in front of the Blue and Black au ranking in favor of sharing against Bologna (0-0).
Earlier in the evening, theAtlético de Madrid secured his place in the top 24 by quietly winning against the Slavic Bratislava (3-1). The French club of Lille had done the same by snatching three points against Storm Graz (3-2).
