This is after a weekend of extremely poor weather conditions with events, roads and train services closed throughout due to the storm.
The storm was so bad in some areas that parts of the coastlines have been permanently lost.
Locals can expect to see flooding to low-lying land, roads and riverside areas.
Weather is expected to become clearer over the next few days with a spokesman for the agency saying: “Further light showers are forecast this afternoon before clearing and leaving predominantly dry conditions overnight and into tomorrow.
“Water levels continue to remain high, but are expected to soon start to drop back down to more normal levels.”
“Flood water is dangerous, don’t put yourself or others at risk.”
