Wednesday December 4, 2024, the National Assembly examined the two motions of censure.
The motion of censure filed by Ms. Mathilde PANOT, Mr. Boris VALLAUD, Ms. Cyrielle CHATELAIN, Mr. André CHASSAIGNE and 181 of their colleagues in application of article 49, paragraph 3, of the Constitution, having been adoptedthe motion of censure filed by Ms. Marine LE PEN, Mr. Éric CIOTTI and 138 of their colleagues in application of article 49, paragraph 3, of the Constitution, was not put to the vote.
The conclusions of the joint committee on the social security finance bill for 2025 are considered rejected.
Due to the adoption of the motion of censure and in accordance with article 50 of the Constitution, the Prime Minister must submit to the President of the Republic the resignation of his government.
