On Wednesday, December 4, Hetty Helsmoortel will appear in De Slimste Mens ter Wereld. The scientist is a barrel full of knowledge, which could well put Daphne Agten on fire.
A few years ago she was still researching cancer as a molecular biologist and doctor in health sciences, but in recent years she has become an indispensable science watcher. Not only is Hetty Helsmoortel a regular face at Nerdland, from the podcast to the festival, but she also has an annual hall show with Missie. She was recently a contender to become West Flemish Ambassador.

Tonight she will appear in The Smartest Person in the World on Play4. Hetty is not only extremely intelligent, but also has a very broad field of interests, making her someone that opponents should watch out for.
Perhaps she is the first person who could really put the heat on Daphne Agten.
