“Untenable” situation
After a question from Republican Right MP Emilie Bonnivard, Bruno Retailleau judged that she had «raison» to evoke a «chaos» in case of government censorship tomorrow. Adding that a motion of censure would put France in “an untenable situation”.
A motion of censure from the New Popular Front (NFP) will be debated on Wednesday in the National Assembly in response to Prime Minister Michel Barnier's 49.3 on the Social Security budget. The National Rally has assured that it will vote for this motion of censure, while tabling its own.
