On Monday April 15, 2019, around 6:50 p.m., Notre-Dame burst into flames.

A tragic spectacle that moved the whole world.

On the square in front of the cathedral engulfed in fire, Emmanuel Macron announces the launch of a national subscription.

In less than 48 hours, more than 800 million donations were collected.

The day after the fire, Emmanuel Macron declared that Notre-Dame would be restored in 5 years. A deadline that raises questions.

After the national unity caused by the emotion of the fire, tensions quickly appeared.

Discussions around restoration tense up the debate. The task turns out to be complicated, especially when unforeseen events mix into the differences.
