Overall successful week for our French clubs in the Youth League. The day after PSG's overwhelming victory against Bayern Munich (5-2) and 's defeat against Barça (2-0), and Monaco each took points, on different scales. First, Lille took one by hanging on to Bologna on its lawn (2-2). Lachaab had unblocked the situation with a superb strike at the entrance to the area for the Northerners (0-1, 21st), before Gattor (1-1, 23rd) and Castaldo (2-1, 51st) allowed the Italians take the advantage.
