The University of Akron football team will wrap up its 2024 season by hosting Toledo in Mid-American Conference action Tuesday night.
Akron (3-8, 2-5) is coming off a 38-17 win at Kent State in the Wagon Wheel rivalry game. Toledo (7-4, 4-3) hopes to bounce back from a 24-7 loss to Ohio.

The Zips have lost their past four games against the Rockets. UA fell in those lopsided matchups 49-14 in 2021, 48-21 and 45-28 (MAC Championship Game) in 2017 and 48-17 in 2016. Akron hasn’t prevailed in the series since 2013, when the Zips won 31-29 at home.
