Have you played EuroMillions and won? First of all, well done! All you have to do is collect it. To do this, follow the guide. You'll know everything you need to know to claim it.
Be aware that the method differs if you played at a point of sale or online. In the first case, if you have won 30,000 euros or less, you simply have to go to an FDJ retailer with your receipt.
For a win greater than 30,000 euros and up to 499,999 euros, you must make an appointment at an FDJ payment center. For a win of 500,000 euros or more, you must contact customer service, who will put you in touch with the Winning Relations department.
If you played online, you don't need to do anything. Everything is paid into your balance. And if you win more than 500,000 euros, you will receive a link with the procedure to follow.
