Designer Dana Budeanu, with a large community of fans online, expressed his opinion about Călin Georgescu, the surprise candidate in the presidential elections, for the fabulous success in the first round.
Dana Budeanu, the first reaction about Călin Georgescu
“I trust what Mr. Palada says. He announced Călin Georgescu 10 days ago, for those who had ears to hear. This surprise can exist regardless of the name on the front. We are talking about an independent candidate, we are talking about Social Media, we don’t need any party. That gives total freedom to bring anyone in the second round. Anyone can reach exclusively on Social Media, as George Simion did, also through a fantastic surprise in 2019. Social Media helps the system that wants us to propel anyone. You can’t because the party vote intervenes in the second round, we know what that means, it’s impossible. But this level is very important. It should work especially with large teams of consultants”, stated Dana Budeanu on Romania TV.
Where did Dana Budeanu vote in the presidential elections
“There were many queues in Bucharest because many schools and in Sectors 3 and 2 are closed. I voted at Madgearu and there was a long queue. We were all distributed on the streets. There were a lot of people voting,” said the famous fashion designer.

The economic insecurity imposed on the Romanian people turned into insecurity for the political parties. The Romanian people cried, tonight, for peace, and they cried quite loudly. If the political parties had more time to listen and less time to talk, perhaps this cry would not have been in vain. This cry was one of suffering”.
