Next week, the students of the Star Academy will play their place for the big tour which will begin in February 2025. This Sunday, November 24, Michael Goldman revealed the progress of this highly anticipated week.
Which students of the Star Academy 2024 will participate in the tour? During the last bonus broadcast on Saturday November 23, Ebony won her battle against Charles and Franck, and therefore qualified for the major series of concerts that the academicians will give across France, starting next February. To join her, the other students will have to pass their next assessments, which will take place on Tuesday morning in the presence of Pierre Garnier, the winner of the previous season. Back at the castle this Sunday, November 24, director Michael Goldman revealed to them the arrangements for this highly anticipated special week.
Star Academy : six candidates on the bench of nominees during the special prime tour
During his visit to the Château de Dammarie-les-Lys, Michael Goldman declared the week of the tour open. “It’s a week that is particular in its mechanics”he began, before explaining how the students will be able to obtain the famous sesame. “At the end of this week, and before the prime, there are two of you who will earn your qualification for the tour. That means there are six of you who won't qualify and the six who do not qualify will be put to public vote. The one who receives the fewest votes will leave the castle and not participate in the tour.”he detailed. A first student will qualify for the tour at the end of Tuesday's evaluations and will therefore be chosen by the teachers and Pierre Garnier, who will join the jury. A second student will be designated by his classmates, since the academicians will have to elect the most deserving among them.
Star Academy : students will have “carte blanche” during the next evaluations
During the assessments, which will take place on Tuesday November 26, the students will have to plan their tour. “We expect you to give us a mini-concert on a title. It's carte blanche, you choose your title. What we expect of you is that you do the performance that you would like to do on tour […] You do absolutely what you want.”explained Michael Goldman, before specifying to the academicians that they could call on their comrades for choruses and that they were free to present a choreography if they wished. Immune and already qualified for the tour, Ebony will be free to participate in these evaluations or not.
