The elected official will be suspended in the event of indictment
Joined by theAFPthe public prosecutor, Catherine Sorita-Minard, confirmed the placement in police custody of the municipal councilor and indicated that no further communication was currently planned on this matter.
The mayor's office stressed that“At this stage, no additional information is known regarding possible legal proceedings against him”. “In the event of indictment, the mayor will suspend Mr. Sebaoun from all his delegations during the police investigation”she clarified.
