A poorly managed end of the first period
His score put Barça in orbit against Nantes, who did not deserve but whose 8-1 conceded in the last nine minutes of the first act was fatal: in the lead in the 21st (11-13), Nantes faltered, poorly negotiated a numerical inferiority following the temporary exclusion of the Japanese Shuichi Yoshida (22nd). Infuriating because under the leadership of Aymeric Minne (3 out of 5) and Julien Bos (6 out of 6 in 20 minutes), Nantes had more than held up against the Spaniards but was betrayed by its skill at the end of the first period where Gonzalo Perez de Vargas also played his role in the lack of French efficiency: 3 saves at 75% for the former Toulouse goalkeeper, who came to replace Emil Nielsen less successfully (2 saves at 13%) against his ex-partners. However, the Biosca-Pesic duo made more saves at the break (3 each) than the opposing pair but Nantes especially drew on the address.
