The gusts of wind were felt from the start of the morning, this Thursday, November 21, in the Saint-Nazaire region. Storm Caetano intensified significantly from midday. Winds blew up to 163 km/h at the tip of Chemoulin and 127 km/h near Saint-Nazaire and Montoir-de-Bretagne.

TV sheets and antennas threatening to collapse
Between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., the Saint-Nazaire firefighters recorded 25 interventions related to depression. No injuries were reported at this mid-afternoon update. Emergency services deployed six vehicles to patrol the port city.
The interventions are mainly reconnaissance on metal sheets and TV antennas which threaten to collapse and electrical wires lying on the public highway. Emergency services secure the scene while awaiting the arrival of Enedis technicians.
