It's been more than a year since the comedian caused a tragic accidentafter several days of partying at his former home in Cély-en-Bière, where he had consumed numerous drugs before getting behind the wheel. Locked in a spiral of drug addiction, from which he never managed to free himself, Pierre Palmade must now face to the terrible consequences of his actions. After listening to the numerous witnesses directly or indirectly involved in this affair, from the victims of the 56-year-old actor to his sister, Hélène, a verdict was rendered later in the day.
Pierre Palmade was sentenced to five years in prison, three of which were suspended, he who was on trial for “unintentional injury”. “You will very soon be summoned by the Bordeaux prosecutor who will set with you the date and the penitentiary establishment in which you will serve two years of imprisonment”specified the president of the Melun criminal court after rendering his verdict.
