“QR the debate”: is the war in Ukraine heading towards a Third World War? Relive our live

It has been 1000 days since the conflict between Russia and Ukraine began. After the green light given to Ukraine by US President Joe Biden earlier this week, the Kremlin warned of a new escalation and promised a response “appropriate” in the event of long-range missile launches against Russia by signing a decree expanding the possibilities of using nuclear weapons.

How will the war in Ukraine evolve? What consequence of the conflict most threatens Europe today? Will Donald Trump be able to bring peace in a few hours as promised? Is the authorization given to Ukraine to fire long-range American missiles justified? Is the sending of North Korean soldiers to the Ukrainian front worrying? Could a third world war break out?

To debate it on the set of “QR le Débat”, Sacha Daout receives Elio Di Rupo (MEP) (PS), Michel De Maegd (federal deputy) (MR), Marc Botenga (MEP) (PTB), Federico Santopinto (director of Iris, Institute of International and Strategic Relations), Zenon Kowal (representative of the Ukrainian Embassy in Belgium), Nina Bachkatov (doctor in political science at ULiège and specialist in Russia), Olivier Bogaert (commissioner at the Computer Crime Unit) and Ludovic Laus (representative of Amnesty International Belgium).

Join us this Wednesday evening at 9:55 p.m. on the front page of television, on the web via our AUVIO platform, but also live on our Facebook page, to react with us.
