Five years in prison, including two prison sentences, with deferred committal warrant, were requested on Wednesday by the prosecution against Pierre Palmade, tried for aggravated involuntary injuries after the serious car accident caused by drugs in February 2023 in Seine-et -Marl.

“We cannot be too lenient when the damage has occurred and driving under the influence of drugs has caused a tragedy,” declared prosecutor Marie-Denise Pichonnier. Nearly two years ago, Pierre Palmade seriously injured three members of the same family, including a child and a pregnant woman who lost the baby she was carrying following the collision.
