Pierre Palmade arrived early this Wednesday, November 20 in the morning at the Melun court (Seine-et-Marne) in the back of a taxi, hidden behind tinted windows, directly by the parking lot, avoiding the hundred journalists who came to cover the trial. At the hearing, the actor appeared livid, looking haggard, it was in a barely audible voice that he stated his identity, without a glance at the victims sitting in front of him.

On February 10, 2023, after three days without sleep and numerous injections of synthetic drugs, Pierre Palmade got behind the wheel of his car. It causes a terrible accident, a head-on collision with another vehicle in which three members of the same family are injured. A pregnant woman lost her baby. Pierre Palmade admitted the facts. The issue in this trial is therefore not his guilt but the sentence that will be handed down. Associations of road victims are calling for an exemplary sanction.
