On the evening of November 23, on the UFR Staps campus, will you be able to escape the zombies who will have only one obsession, to paralyze you with fear? This is what will await you during the premiere zombie run of the city of dukes, called Z-Run Campus Dijon. A night course of approximately two kilometers, accessible from 14 years old, with seven horrific zones to cross, which expects 300 participants (180 have already registered), in waves of fifteen people every ten minutes, from 5:20 p.m. and until 9:30 p.m. .

Around thirty zombies and other monsters on the course
“It's not a race, we plan between 35 and 50 minutes to complete the two kilometers. It is a course on the theme of horror, with some challenges along the way,” summarizes Noémie Marcelin, president of the sports management license student office, which organizes the event. “The objective, for each wave of fifteen, will be to stay together as much as possible until the end, knowing that they will be accompanied by a leader disguised as a soldier. »
The frightening atmosphere, throughout this journey “in the bowels of the UFR Staps”, will be provided by horrific settings, a sound and light system and… around thirty zombies and other monsters! Participants will have to successfully move from one area to another, “sometimes by moving objects or solving puzzles,” says Martin Besnier, also a member of the organization.
Two lives, symbolized by two scarves
“The participants will have two lives, symbolized by two scarves, and they will have to try to keep them until the end of the course, which consists of returning to the survival camp and recovering the antidote,” specifies Noémie Marcelin. “Don’t forget to wear sneakers and put on warm clothes,” advises Martin Besnier. “And, if possible, come in disguise!” »
