Elodie Gabias has her own online series on VRT Max. The 27-year-old content creator from Waregem discusses ‘What is love?’ looking for an answer to the universal question of questions and for the love of her life.
‘Sometimes things happen faster than you could ever dream of. A bit like the time between drinking coffee in the morning and the moment the tail starts to stick out.’ With this tasty message and an accompanying teaser, social media phenomenon Elodie Gabias just announced her own online series.
The question of questions
In ‘What is love?’, which can be seen from today on VRT MAX, Gabias, who you may also know from the VTM programs ‘The Big Bang’ and ‘De Verraders’, searches for an answer to the universal question of questions.
In her love bus she talks to seven different famous guests: ‘Arcadia’ actor Jean Janssens, ‘Knokke Off’ actress Ayana Doucouré, journalist and radio presenter Xavier Taveirne, Gert Verhulst’s wife Ellen Callebout, content creator Arno The Kid (stage name of Arno Van Impe) and Laura Scheerlinck and Silke Vandenbroeck from the podcast series ‘De Volksjury’.
Together they search for answers by getting to know very different forms of love better: from relationship anarchist and asexual, via TikTok escort Mel or just very ordinary love close to home.
And because Elodie has never had a lover at the age of 27, she is now also looking for the love of her life.
‘What is love?’ has six episodes and can be seen in its entirety on VRT MAX from today.
