The French championship continues its journey. This Sunday, November 10, Olympique Lyonnais faces AS Saint-Étienne in the last match of the eleventh day of Ligue 1. At the end of an exciting first act, the Rhone club leads on the most small margins (1-0) thanks to a goal from Alexandre Lacazette shortly before the half-hour mark (29th).

The General's Awakening

At the end of an observation round, Olympique Lyonnais had the first opportunity of the match. Cherki crosses from the right side for Tolisso who takes over the axis with first intention. On a corner taken by Cherki on the right side, Caleta-Car, when the ball falls, puts it back towards Tolisso who extends on Lacazette. Up close, the captain scores with his right knee (1-0, 29th). Behind, the Rhone club was close to taking off. The Saint-Etienne defense is at bay. Larsonneur must work on an eccentric free kick from Cherki. Then on a shot from Maitland-Niles, Caleta-Car, surprised, fails to finish a few centimeters from the Greens' goal line (36th). Behind, nothing more will happen and the referee whistled the break after seven minutes of added time (45' +7).
