Last week, entrepreneur Wouter Torfs was murdered and… round table the allies decided to banish ally Slongs. The latter after her clash with Ingeborg. The three traitors already began to smell victory.
But was victory declared too early? The traitors began to find it increasingly dangerous that their names never circulated. In an effort to no longer be the white spot, Roman decided to drop William Boeva’s name to the allies. It turned out to be a double win, because William received three votes. Only after Hans Otten gave Slongs a double vote with his dagger – and therefore doubler – did the Antwerp player have to drop out. (Read more below the photo)
At the breakfast table, Ender Scholtens began to realize that he had been a useful pawn for the traitors in recent days. He spouted all kinds of theories in which the traitors went along, and so allies were sent home again and again. “Maybe this is the time to stop my theories,” he said.

Wrong guess
Last week’s episode ended with a special assignment for the traitors: compiling the ‘death list’. It contains four names, and one of those four names will be murdered anyway. If it contains the name of a participant with a shield, it will disappear from the death list. Sean Dhondt suggested writing down all allies, or three allies and a traitor. William wanted to put his name on it because it was already circulating. “Three allies went to the armory and we don’t know who has the shield. That makes it extra difficult.” (Read more below the photo)
The fear was not unfounded. When Staf Coppens read the list at the breakfast table, it only contained William, Ender and Hans. “I feel gejost. I’m such an easy plaything for those traitors,” Hans grumbled. Ender was also in shock. “What one fucking plottwist.” But the traitors were also in shock. “We also wrote down Julie Colpaert. So he had the shield.”
Finding the next shield and dagger suddenly became extremely important. “Hans is on our hit list,” Sean analyzed. “It wouldn’t be good if he took a shield now, because we can’t kill him. If we banish Ender, only William will be left and he cannot kill himself as a traitor. Then when he shows up at breakfast, it’s a giveaway to the others.” (Read more below the photo)
Unexpected help
The main goal thus became to make someone suspicious who is not on the death list. At least, that’s what William and Sean decided. They were unable to speak to Roman privately, so he went all out for Ender in terms of accusations.
After the mission, William felt doomed, but perhaps help came from an unexpected source. Hans shared his latest theory with Julie and targeted Roman and Ingeborg. “She’s such a good actress and she’s the original traitor. And she blackmailed Roman, I think. They were friends from the beginning, and that strengthened that. By causing so much confusion, it must be her.”

At the round table, Ender suggested that in his opinion there were no traitors on the death list. William liked to hear him tell it and built on it. He actually seemed to succeed in deflecting the accusations again. They did end up with Roman. That was a real shame for him. “I was thinking all day that I might go to the final, and suddenly I have to defend myself,” he sighed. (Read more below the photo)
High game
So the vote became very important. Roman and the unpredictable Ingeborg chose Ender after all. William then chose Roman. The actor was slightly angry. “I thought that was intense. He was able to protect himself and stabs a knife in my back.”

Hans Otten also chose Roman. When Ender also chose Roman, things became hot under the traitor’s feet. Sean chose Ender and the score became 3-3. Julie had the last word and the doubler. “I’m not going to determine anything here, because I wrote down William again,” she said. (Read more below the photo)
An equal score, then. What do the rules of the game say in that case? That a new vote will follow, and that only the two names that received the most votes can be voted on. Ender or Roman. We won’t know who that will be until two weeks from now. Next Sunday there will be football on VTM.
‘The Traitors’ continues on November 24 on VTM. You can watch the previous episodes via VTM GO.
