Sporting went into the break losing to SC Braga (2-0), in the 11th round of the I League. The big highlight of the first 45 minutes was the defensive solidity presented by the warriors, who did not give the lions the slightest space to create danger. Furthermore, Ricardo Horta was at a great level.
This is the first time that Amorim’s team is losing in the I Liga 2024/25.

Goal by Ricardo Horta! Sporting’s number 8 tried to catch the ball aerially, overstretched his muscle and injured himself. Pote immediately threw himself to the ground and even had to be replaced by Geny Catamo.
