AT 16, Francesco CAMARDA announced as starter at the forefront of MILAN's attack!

As Tuttosport writes in its edition of the enjoyment, during the pre-match press conference, coach Paulo Fonseca confirmed that the young Francesco Camarda, aged 16, would start for the first time with Milan against Cagliari. This decision surprised many people, but Fonseca explained that Camarda trains daily with the team and shows great qualities. He insisted that age doesn't matter to him; only talents count. Camarda has demonstrated his maturity and ability to play an important role in attack, while Alvaro Morata is used for his ability to break down opposition lines.

Fonseca also clarified that Abraham was not in top shape for the role, thus reinforcing his confidence in Camarda. Camarda thus becomes the second youngest player in Milan's history to start a Serie A match, after Giuseppe Sacchi in 1942, and surpasses Gianluigi Donnarumma for this record, missing out on the title of youngest player by just 12 days. This tenure shows the audacity of Fonseca, ready to give young talents a chance.
