Hückelhoven/Türkiye – Will it be a goodbye forever? On Wednesday evening the last episode of “The Wollnys” on the TV screen. The TV clan will be out as early as next week NRW replaced by another family by RTLZWEI!
The rumors that Silvia Wollny (59) and her daughters and grandchildren could soon disappear completely from the scene have been persistent for many months. The blatant drop in ratings of the former successful format is to blame.
Last week, for example, only 200,000 viewers in the relevant target group tuned in at prime time to follow the latest dramas surrounding Sarafina (29), Estefania (22), Loredana (20) and Co.
At its peak, this meant a meager market share of 3.8 percent. Even the equally weak RTL casting format “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” attracted more people to the flicker box.

The clear winner in the ratings battle that evening was ZDF with the DFB Cup game between FC Bayern Munich and FSV Mainz 05. But Sebastian Pufpaff (48) also reached a wider audience with “TV total” than “Die Wollnys”.
However, RTLZWEI doesn’t seem to want to pull the ripcord yet. Just a few days ago, Sarafina announced in her Instagram story: “We filmed today.” Apparently another Wollny season is already being worked on.
However, an exciting comparison awaits the station, because next week the Munich television producers are launching a new family that will take over the primetime slot from the NRW clan on Wednesday evening.
From November 13th it will be “Goodbye, Wollnys” and “Welcome to the Weiß family”. The exciting lives of Virginia (38) and Andrew Weiß (44) and their six children are shown.
The influencer family, which has achieved considerable social media fame in recent years under the name “Die Weissens”, was most recently seen in the VOX documentary “Goodbye Deutschland”.

No help from her extended family: Calantha Wollny is looking for a place to sleep on the street!
The audience was able to witness how Virginia and Andrew turned their backs on their home in Berlin and their followers to start a new life in Cyprus. Between diapers, housework and puberty, it’s never boring for the parents of six. Six episodes are initially planned.
The names of her children are almost Woollyesque: Daymian-Jasper (19), Maddox Brooklyn-Sky (15), Peaches-Malou (11), Aspyn-Keywest (4), Lyland-Sawyer (3) and Ayvabelle-Hope ( a few months). If the odds are right now, things could actually get tight for Silvia and Co. soon.
