Discreet again, the singer now faces the loss of two friends: singer Quincy Jones and host Herby Moreau. In her Instagram stories, Celine Dion expressed her grief and paid tribute to the one she considered a friend of the heart.
“Herby Moreau was an exceptional journalist, and a warm man with whom I shared precious moments on the red carpets which he animated with mastery, elegance and good humor”, can we read in the caption of a photo of her alongside the Canadian host who died at the age of 56, the same age as the singer. “I also admired his work for the show Flash. For Star Système and the Star Académie auditions as well, two shows geared towards new talents,” writes Céline Dion who has a thought for “his family and those who loved him”. “His smile will remain engraved in my heart…”.

Revealing a photo of herself with the artist, she confides that she “heartbroken to learn of the death” of his friend and “incomparable musical genius”. “Quincy touched my world, both as a valuable mentor and as a role model for the profound impact he had on virtually every form of American Music, reveals René-Charles Angélil’s mother.
