HAS Saint-Quay-Portrieux (Côtes-d'Armor), the Ker Moor hotel continues to innovate and transform.
It's his bar and rooftop (on the roof) with sea view, the Kssar, opened on July 6, which breathes new life into the establishment by offering, on Sundays, an original and tempting brunch.
“Small portions”
In two services (11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.), Christelle Bré and her son Antoine, accompanied by Kim, the barmaid, and Emilie, the chef, offer a discovery-style brunch with no less than 15 dishes on the menu.
It seems imposing but in fact they are small portions which allow you to discover multiple flavors. The menu was created in collaboration with gourmet chef Jonathan Leroy and everything is homemade. Customers are very surprised and seduced by our proposition. We are very happy with the first feedback.
Three universes
The menu for this brunch has been designed in 3 stages and 3 worlds: authentic, gourmet and sweet.
The first universe, the authenticis rather classic with its fried soft-boiled eggs, caramel pancakes, fromage blanc mousse and avocado cream.
The second, the gastronomic is composed of a foie gras croque, a butternut pana cotta, a TyKal with seaweed… Finally, the third universe, the sweetwill seduce the most gourmands with its Basil Passion Pavlova, its fruit salad, its frozen finger…
All accompanied by orange juice and a hot drink of your choice (€39).
