The agreement between the Professional League (LFP) and the CVC investment fund is in the sights of justice. This Tuesday, September 5, according to information from The Team a search was carried out by the national financial prosecutor's office (PNF) in the premises of the League, a few days after the publication of the Senate report on the contribution of CVC to French football. The investigation follows a complaint from the anti-corruption association “AC!! », which questions the conditions under which the agreement between the two parties was reached.

Vincent Labrune directly targeted

The daily reveals that the home of Vincent Labrune was also searched, in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône). Investigators wish to shed light on the distribution of a sum of 37.5 million. The latter would have been affected in part by bankers, legal advisors, as well as by Vincent Labrune and other leaders of the League.
