Janet makes a medical mistake
At the hospital, Eloi Breval is getting impatient. He's been waiting for over an hour for his meeting with Janet. But when the latter arrives, she tells him that he will have to wait a little longer. He's afraid she'll forget him. The doctor tries to reassure him, then she leaves with a new patient in her office.
For her part, Claudine calls Sabine to wish her a happy birthday. She suggests they eat together, but the young woman already has something planned. Annoyed, Claudine asks him if Becker has already organized anything. Sabine confirms that he has planned a dinner with Janet and Hugo.
Claudine is ironic, recalling that she is also part of the family and that they could have invited her. Sabine suggests that the two of them have a night out next week. Claudine hangs up, quite annoyed.
Some time later, Janet finally examines Eloi. She tells him everything is normal, he can go home. But he insists because he has pain in his arm and chest. Eloi can't explain his symptoms.
Janet reminds him that they did numerous tests and found nothing abnormal. Eloi asks to have an MRI, but Janet refuses. He doesn't need it. She asks him to leave his office. Angry, Eloi finds the way the hospital treats its patients shameful. He will never come back here again.
In the evening, Alain welcomes Eloi to the emergency room. He is semi-conscious and complains of chest pain. The doctor noticed that he had a heart attack and sent him to intensive care immediately.
While Janet is preparing Sabine's birthday cake, she receives a call from Alain who informs her that Eloi has come to the emergency room. The doctor explains to him that he is a hypochondriac but Alain explains to her that he had a heart attack.
Janet doesn't understand, all her exams were good. Nothing alerted him. He was in great shape. Alain tells him that he is going to do additional tests. Janet replies that she will come see him tomorrow morning when she arrives. She hangs up worried.
Eliott is under pressure
In the early morning, Eliott has been awake for several hours, which surprises Muriel. He pretends to have a bad headache. Muriel thinks he is concerned about their plan. She reassures her companion: if they hang on, they will succeed.
But Eliott wants it to happen as quickly as possible. Muriel insists. They're going to find an investor, he shouldn't worry. The young woman then reminds her partner that they invited Eve and Manu to dinner this evening. Eliott had completely forgotten and offered to take care of the shopping.
At the police station, Alex and Thierry take stock of the investigation with Becker. They had lost track of Curtis during the day, and the vehicle that had succeeded in losing them had false license plates. Becker prefers to see the positive side of things.
The fact that he tried to lose them means he has something to hide. So that confirms that he's the dealer they're looking for. Becker asks them to continue monitoring him.
A little later in the day, Eliott meets Charles to collect the money he won with Curtis. But there's not much. He is upset to see that he helped Curtis by sparing him years in prison, but that he still demands reimbursement.
He has no choice, he will have to find the money. He asks Charles if he can lend him some but he won't have more than €4,000. Unfortunately, he won't be able to calm Curtis down with this amount. He must find at least half if he wants to hope to negotiate the deadline.
Eliott plans to sell his car. Charles suggests she ask her mother, but she doesn't have much savings. And she could talk to Manu about it. Eliott is in a dead end.
For his part, Yvan calls Curtis. He inquired about Eliott and he has no money. He therefore advises him to stop threatening him but Curtis remains confident. He knows that Eliott is cunning. He will find a way to pay it back. He suggests investing in his company in order to use it for money laundering. He will have no choice but to accept.
At L Cosmetics, Victoire talks with Muriel. She explains to him that, since they are going to work together, she does not want any ambiguity between them. Victoire then explains to him what happened with Boris.
But she explains to him that everything is over between them. Muriel doesn't understand why she's talking to him about this, because it's none of her business. But Victoire is not fooled. She knows there is something between Muriel and Boris. The young woman replies that she is in a relationship and that she has just had a child. She doesn't know what Boris said to her, but nothing will ever happen between them.
Eve and Manu go to Eliott and Muriel's house for dinner. As they sit at the table, Eva raises her glass in honor of her son and his release from prison. She is proud of her son. Eliott is uncomfortable. Feeling her son tense, she suggests he go on a weekend with Muriel.
But Eliott tells him that now is not the time. Faced with her insistence, he gets angry. Manu asks him to respect his mother, and to be careful of what he says to her. Exasperated, Eliott leaves the table, telling them that they are all pissing him off.
