TF1 and parent company Bouygues claim not to have been aware

In 2021, seven complaints were filed after that of Florence Porcel: three for rape and four for sexual assault or sexual harassment. In total, 23 women were interviewed as part of this investigation. The facts being prescribed, these complaints were closed without further action.
But in June 2024, the filing of a complaint with the constitution of a civil party, filed by Corinne Hermann, the lawyer for five complainants, gave rise to the opening of five new judicial investigations for rape and aggravated rape against by Patrick Poivre d’Arvor.
