SEXUAL VIOLENCE – According to a survey by Mediapart published this Sunday, October 20, Thomas Scimeca, French actor known in particular for his roles in the series HPI et The Torchis the target of several testimonies accusing him, among other things, of sexual violence. Our colleagues reveal that two complaints, including one for “ attempted rape ”, have been filed.

The latter was sent to the prosecutor on Tuesday October 15 by actress Jeanne Faucher. The facts of which she accuses Thomas Scimeca date back to 2015, after the performance of a play in . The second complaint was transmitted this same October 15 by a former companion of Thomas Scimeca, the actress Solène Rigot. In a relationship with the actor for several years, she denounces in her complaint “ habitual violence » on spouse and “ harassment “. The facts took place between 2016 and 2019, according to his lawyer, Maître Gabrielle Milon.

In this complaint, that Mediapart was able to consult, Solène Rigot takes as examples a day in 2017 when he allegedly locked her in her underwear on a balcony and an evening of the same year when he allegedly smashed her phone on the window of the bar where she worked. She also accuses him of “ moral harassment » for trying to insistently dissuade her from having an abortion, and for having uttered “ suicide threats » after their breakup in 2019.

Thomas Scimeca responds to Mediapart

In addition to these two complaints, Mediapart collected several other testimonies, including those of two women who worked on the same shoot, in 2022, with Thomas Scimeca. Both accuse him of having “ insisted a lot not to wear a condom” during sex with him. One of them, who said she experienced the beginning of a relationship during this filming with the actor mixed with pleasant and worrying moments, wrote a witness statement, attached to the two complaints.

Other testimonies relayed by our colleagues report psychological violence in the context of work or in intimate relationships. According to the investigative site, most of the victims have in common that they were much younger than the actor at the time of their meeting.
