The Machine. Travel across the Atlantic in music. At the invitation of the Culture and Leisure Association (ACL), William Rollin and his father, Philippe Rollin, will offer a blue grass concert on Sunday October 27 in the village hall.

Popularized in the USA by Bill Monroe, this constantly evolving musical style has its roots in various folk (country, Irish and Celtic music) or Afro-American (gospel, blues, jazz) traditions.

The Rollin father and son offer a wide vocal and instrumental repertoire. On guitar, banjo and vocals, William Rollin, passionate about the folk repertoire. On accompanying guitar and vocals, Philippe Rollin, well known in the South of Nivernais for his numerous artistic commitments.

A father/son duo in the tradition of the South of the USA where this music is played with family or friends, each joyfully making their contribution.
