Enzo, Chloé and Océane, world cheerleading champions, hosted an exceptional weekend in Saint-Céré. The Stecy Cheer association welcomed Enzo, Elite athlete with the Eagles, as well as Océane and Chloé athletes with the Bears in Barcelona, for a whole weekend. Enzo started by making a “private” with a dad and his daughter. The course, or Cheer Camps, continued with the participation of around forty people, with gymnastic warm-ups where they were able to discover the level of the team. Then it’s time for the gym workshop called “tumbling”. The course continued with the revision of the basics at the level of so-called “stunt” lifts. Then together, they worked on their competition pyramids, according to the objective set by Cylia, team coach. Everyone was able to learn all the positions in this stunning pyramid. Enzo then helped master the parade of higher elements. The cheerleaders from both teams, from the age of 8, were able to participate in this workshop and work on their rounds, somersaults, somersault flips, etc.

Don’t hesitate to follow their progress on social networks or join them during their next training sessions: Tuesday, November 5 at the gym at 5 p.m.
