Rain is still expected this Friday “but in no way comparable to the rainy episode of the last two days”, underlines Météo-France. The lull was observed in Ardèche, in Center-Val-de-Loire, the basin, the Alpes-Maritimes and at the end of the night.

The Minister of Ecological Transition Agnès Pannier-Runacher, expected in the Loire and Ardèche on Friday, spoke of a situation “ unprecedented in its scale. 600 millimeters of water on the Ardèche is unheard of in living memory” and linked “ these episodes of climate change ».
