Synopsis :

Gregory (David Hallyday), a great reporter exiled on a Breton island, receives his old high school friends for a reunion weekend. On an isolated Breton island, a group of old school friends have gotten into the habit of meeting regularly at their journalist friend’s house (David Hallyday), to renovate a sailboat. Except that the eccentric captain in the chapka (Corinne Masiero) joins them when one of them (Cyrille Thouveninseen in the series Gears) dies in the explosion of a homemade bomb placed on a fishing boat. In charge of the case, his deputy (Riwan Belkacemiseen in the episode The city of lost souls) and she wonders: would the assassin be part of the group of friends?

Between kitsurfing outings and murderous repartee, Captain Marleau episode Against the tide multiplies the false leads and the tense face-to-face meetings between the famous gendarme and an attractive cast of suspects, including the singer David Hallyday.
